heiTRACKS is the framework for a wide range of support measures aimed at junior researchers who have completed their doctorate. In addition to promoting the development of scientifically relevant and interdisciplinary skills, heiTRACKS also comprises individual counseling and coaching offers on important career decisions. Structured programs support junior researchers in their professional and personal development, with a view to preparing them for executive functions and management positions.
